My Pet Needs is committed to delivering quality pet supplies to customers across Egypt with fast, reliable shipping. This shipping policy outlines how we handle orders, delivery timelines, costs, and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
2. Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within Egypt. We deliver to all governorates and regions throughout Egypt, including:
- Urban areas (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria)
- Delta regions
- Canal zones
- Upper Egypt regions
- Remote and border areas (Aswan, Red Sea, North Sinai, New Valley)
International Shipping
MyPetNeeds.me does not currently offer international shipping. We only accept orders for delivery within Egypt. Customers outside Egypt are unable to complete purchases on our platform.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping Rates

Important: Shipping costs are calculated based on the subtotal of your order before taxes or other applicable fees. Free shipping applies to orders meeting or exceeding 799 EGP.
4. Processing and Delivery Timeline
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Saturday through Tuesday (CLOSED on Fridays and Wednesdays)
- Processing time begins at 12:00 P.M. (noon) EET
- Orders placed before 12:00 P.M. on processing days are typically dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. or on non-processing days will be processed on the next available processing day
Delivery Timeline by Region
Delivery times are calculated from the time of order processing (12:00 P.M. onwards):
